A workshop was organized by MOSAI – The Japanese language Institute on 6th December 2016 for the teachers of Japanese language teaching in the schools of Delhi NCR. Mrs. Kanika Tiwari from our school attended the seminar to gather information about Higher Education in Japan, career opportunities and the Scholarships available for School Teachers to visit Japan to study Japanese Education system.

The Dialogue-2 was meant to remove the bottleneck preventing students to avail bright career opportunities with the help of teachers, students’ advisors and administrators of schools in India.

The Agenda of the seminar was:

          ·        Studying in Japan: Presentation of details of studying in Japan: where to study even if a student does not know Japanese, what to study, how to get admission, which exam a student has to take for admission, Financial schemes available for  the study etc.

          ·        Scholarship for Teachers: Presentation of details of fully paid Japanese Government Scholarship for teachers of Indian school to visit Japan for 18 months to familiarize themselves with Japan and its education system. Scholarship is meant for teachers in schools interested in promoting contacts with Japan.

The seminar was definitely an eye-opener for the educators of Delhi-NCR and clarified most of the doubts related to pursuing higher studies in Japan.
