CLASSES 7 TO 10
There are eighty five students in the sports club. The students start their activity with warm up exercises which develop flexibility, endurance, strength, speed and co-ordination. Sports activities like Netball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, and Kho-Kho are organized every week in the sports clubs period. Students improve their technique, team work and co-ordination. Proper attention is paid to each and every player so that his technique is enhanced.
