CBSE NATIONAL AEROBICS CHAMPIONSHIP
2019-20
13 Students of Arwachin International School participated in the CBSE National Aerobics Championship 2019.It was a four day event held from 9th -12th November 2019 at Samata International School ,Kopergaon,Maharastra.Over 90 Schools participated in the championship along with an overseas school team from UAE.The participants were:-

Arwachinians have proved this again in TUG OF WAR. After putting in days of hard work and intense training, Deepanshu, Yashdeep, Kartikey, Ajay are selected for TUG OF WAR Nationals held at Royal Officers Preparatary, Dendoba Hills,Sangli, Maharashtra .Their hard work and determination helped them to the Nationals. Deepanshu got silver medal in undedr-15 category. Yashdeep singh,Ajay tomar and Kartikey Sharma got silver medal in under-17 category. This is a moment of pride for the students and the school as the students represented their state. Heartiest congratulations to them as well as their coach MR. DINESH CHAND PAPNAY for polishing the talents of these stars.
32nd Senior, Junior and 21st sub-junior Women's Tug of War Championship
"Where there is will, there is a way"
The girls of Arwachin International School participated in 32nd Senior, Junior and 21st sub-junior Women's Tug of War Championship in various categories. The event was held from 28-30 July 2019, at the Railway Sports Stadium in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
The chief guest of the event was IPS officer Mr. Satish Ganesh, who was the inspector general of the Agra Range.
Archita Negi, bagged a silver medal in U-17 400 kg category.
Palak Agrawal and Samiksha Gupta bagged bronze medals in U-15 category.
Sejal Mittal and Gursheel also were a part of the U-17 420 kg team.
The winners were given medals by the chief guest IPS officer Mr. Satish Ganesh.
Our principal Mrs. Swapna Nair also felicitated the students on their achievements.

Eldrok India K-12 Summit
was held on 23rd January, 2019. The objective of this summit was to facilitate nationwide education sector reforms.
Indian classrooms have undergone a paradigm shift from traditional educational methods to digital learning. Eldrok K-12 recognised the effort of Arwachin International School in this direction.

After putting in days of hard work and intense training, Parinita Sharma, B.Singdha, Diksha Gautam, and Anjani Aggarwal of Arwachin International School, Dilshad Garden made it up to the top seven players of the Delhi National Netball team. They felt as if their dreams had come true.
This great event was held from 27th to 2nd December 2018, after seeking the blessings of the Almighty, their parents and coach from Maharashtra on 2nd Jan. 2019.
The authorial wisdom and acumen of the coaches went a long way into helping their team to play with precision to the best of their ability. It was the gradual unfolding of their capabilities that led them into winning matches in succession until they reached the finals. They, rather evolved as more responsible & meticulous achievers and secured the second position all over India with a silver medal around their necks.

RUGBY NATIONAL GAMES
"Never give up!! Failure and rejection are only the first step to succeeding."
Arwachinian are prepared to win different competitions even hearts by their fabulous performances. After putting in days of hard work and intense training, Archita from 8-A and Pakhi from 6-B were selected for RUGBY Nationals held at Bhubaneswar (Odisha) and secured 4th position in under 14 category from 24 Dec till 2 Jan . They practice a lot in school ground and they also went to Vasantkunj for practice with rugby hurricanes and they are the part of Delhi rugby hurricanes team as they are practicing from July .In the end, its extra efforts that separate a winner from second place. It starts with complete command of the fundamentals. Then it takes desire, determination, discipline, and self sacrifice. And finally, it takes a great deal of love, fairness and respect for your fellow man. Putting all these together, and even if you don't win, how can you lose??? Our children are all graded up & practicing for the next year.

This great event was held from 24th-27th December 2018, After seeking the blessings of Almighty, their parents and coach left for Chattisgarh on 29th Dec. 2018.

NATIONAL TUG OF WAR CHAMPIONSHIP (BOYS)
The 31st Junior and 20th sub-junior National Tug of War championship 2018-2019 was held from 27th October to 30th October at Guru Govind Singh College, Nashik (Maharashtra). Teams representing more than 14 states became a part of this National Championship. Our students participated in this event in different categories, all of them securing certain positions and incentives. The following are the students who participated from Arwachin International School.

Arwachinians’ participation in Japan on Canvas 2018
A team of 33 students of classes 1 to 10, participated in “Japan on Canvas 2018 – 6th National Level Painting Competition.” They were supported by their teachers i.e. Mrs. Sheikh, Mrs. Das, Mrs. Sachdeva, Mrs. Jain and Mrs. Kaur. The competition was organized in the month of August by Experience Japan. The event was divided into following categories :

The students explored about the given themes especially Japanese culture and traditions via internet, school library and discussions with their teachers. They displayed their hard work, ideas and thoughts on paintings with a creative approach.
In the 1st Category, Ihita Mishra of Class 4 appraised with Outstanding Performance Award. Iqra Karim of Class 3, Rusheen Malik of Class 4, Sarah Javed and Vanshika Jain of Class 5 won Extra Ordinary Performance Award in the same category.
In the 2nd category Shweta Chourasia of Class 7, Keyur Sharma and Priyamvada of Class 9 won Extra Ordinary Performance Award.

After putting in days of hard work and intense training, Honey Singh of class 11 A, Avish Sing of class 8 B and Archita Negi of class 7A , of Arwachin International School, Dilshad Garden, made it up to be the top players of Delhi national Tug of war team. This great event was held from 3rd January to 9th January 2018 at Chattrasal stadium Delhi.
The authorial wisdom and acumen of the coaches went a long way in to helping their team to play with precision to the best of their ability. It was the gradual unfolding of their capabilities that led them into winning matches in succession until they reached the final. They rather evolved as more responsible and meticulous achievers and secured the first position in all over India with a Gold medal around their necks .

Every year Tug of War National championship is organized to bring out the young talent. This year the championship was held in Aurangabad Maharashtra from 21st Dec to 27th Dec 2017. This year also our school participated. Manik Tomar of class 6C, Yashdeep Singh and Siddhant Aggarwal of class 8B of Arwachin International School were selected for Tug Of War under- 13, 15 and under-17 in Delhi team. More than 27 states participated in the national. Delhi team stood Second in U-15 and U-17 and third in U-13 team. Arwachinian students brought laurels to the school by winning two silver medals and a bronze medal.
22nd National Games 2017 U-16 Boys and Girls
After putting in days of hard work and intense training, Anjani Aggarwal, Aryan Tiwari, Sahil Dixit, Amna Hashmi, Naman Saini, Joyal Joseph of Arwachin International School, Dilshad Garden made it up to the Delhi team in the 22nd SUB-JUNIOR NATIONAL NETBALL CHAMPIONSHIP at Aryabhatta Concept School in “Thorrur” Warangal (rural) District, Telangana .
This great event was held from 27th to 30th January 2017. After seeking the blessings of the Almighty, their parents and coach, they reached Telangana after travelling for approximately 2 days via train. The authorial wisdom and acumen of the coaches went a long way into helping their team to play with precision to the best of their ability. It was the gradual unfolding of their capabilities that led them into winning matches in succession. They evolved as more responsible and meticulous achievers. The girls achieved 2nd position whereas the boys achieved 3rd position and returned with Silver and Bronze medals.

32nd NATIONAL KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP
32nd National Karate Championship was held on 29th January 2017 in Thyagaraj Indoor Stadium, Delhi. This tournament was organized by Indian Professional Karate Council under the supervision of Sensei Rajeev Sinha. The participants were from Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Maharashtra and other states. Fifty students from Arwachin International School participated in the competition. There were events like Individual Kumite and Team Kumite which were classified according to the age group of the participants. The referees were Mr. Jitesh , Mr. Ishwar Thapa , Mr. Rajesh Roy & Mr. Manoj.
Arwachin International Schools bagged five medals (1 Gold, 1 Silver and 3 Bronzes).

Mansi Sharma Class 9th of our school participated in Tug Of War National held at Kolhapur( Maharastra) and won GOLD MEDAL. She represented Delhi state.

Every year Tug of War National championship is organized. This year also our school participated. Last year we won a silver medal. This year Arpit dhama of class 7C was selected for Tug Of War under- 15 Delhi team. The championship was held in Allahabad U.P. on 15th Oct to 20th Oct 2016. More than 27 states participated in the national. The Delhi team stood first and won the competition. Arpit dhama was also a part of the Delhi U-15 team and brought laurels to our school by winning a gold medal and championship.

Great News
The school is proud to announce that Anushka ( Class 10 C) of our school has been selected to participate in the “ Japanese Language Program for Overseas High School Students-2016”.
This program is intended to offer the outstanding students of Japanese Language at High Schools an opportunity to visit the Japan Foundation Institute, Kansai ( Japan). The visit will be for a period of about two weeks from June 16th to June 30th, 2016 . This program will enable them to deepen their understanding of Japanese Language, culture & society through lectures, study tours & exchange programs with Japanese high school students.
After the screening of the application forms, Anushka faced a telephonic interview, conducted by the Japan Foundation, New Delhi. Three students have been selected from India. Anushka is one of them.

60th National Games 2014-15 U-17 Girls
After putting in days of hard work and intense training, Ananya Sharma and Kaushki Goel, of Arwachin International School, Dilshad Garden made it up to the top seven players of the Delhi National Netball team. They felt as if their dreams had come true.
On 13th January 2015, after some last minute packing, they left for Chhattisgarh, after seeking blessings from their parents & the sports coach.
The authorial wisdom and acumen of the coaches went a long way into helping their team to play with precision to the best of their ability. It was the gradual unfolding of their capabilities that led them into winning one match after the other, until they reached the finals. But as a team they did not get carried away by the long spree of winning against other teams of India. They, rather evolved as more responsible & meticulous achievers and secured the second position all over India with a silver medal around their necks.

Students of Arwachin International School attained the third position out of best five teams selected after the elimination round for the National level Quiz. The team from Arwachin International School won a trip to Adventure Nation’s Camp at Rishikesh for two days which was a great experience.
